  • How to change the output directory?
  • You may click the Tools>Set Output Folder menu item and choose an existing directory.

  • How to view the detailed information of the source file, like bit rate, audio info, etc.?
  • Just double-click your conversion item and double-click one of inputs, all streams in the input will be listed with detailed information.

  • How to make the MP4 output size smaller?
  • You may choose or input a smaller Bit Rate for Output Settings>Video. The smaller bit rate, the smaller file size, but also badder video quality.

  • I think this program should turn my pc off automatically when all my tasks completed. How to do this?
  • Please click the Tools>Options menu item and then choose Shut down computer in the When all tasks completed combo box.

  • How to forward/backward quickly? It's too slow now.
  • Please click the Tools>Options menu item and switch to the Misc tab. Now you can modify the Preview backward/forward step value.

  • I want to convert a video file with another mp3 file as background audio. How to do this?
  • It's easy. Click File>New Conversions... menu item to create a conversion with your video file. And then click Edit>Add Input Files... to add your mp3 file as second input. Double-click the conversion item and check corresponding video stream and audio stream for output. And then the start the conversion.

  • I want to convert my videos to another format with same quality. How to do this?
  • You may select Same quality as source in the Output Settings>Video>Bit Rate combo box.

  • I think I disarranged the settings of the Options dialog. How to restore them to defaults?
  • There is a Restore Defaults button on the Options dialog, just click it.

  • The internal preview player is not very good, I want to use Windows Media Player instead. Is it possible?
  • You may use the Tools>Play Input File or Tools>Play Output File command to play your files with your system default associated program.
